Is a Barrister & Solicitor at MKS Immigration Lawyers with extensive experience across a wide range of immigration, refugee, and citizenship matters. The focus of her practice is litigation before the Federal Courts of Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board, enforcement and detention cases, and complex inadmissibility cases. Mojan represents a diverse clientele, from international businesses navigating labor market and mobility needs to human rights defenders, survivors of gender-based violence, and individuals fleeing persecution.   

Committed to social justice, Mojan frequently collaborates with local NGOs and civil society organizations, including the Vancouver Women’s Shelter, Rainbow Refugees, and the Immigration & Refugee Legal Clinic, to provide legal support to vulnerable communities facing complex immigration challenges. 

Mojan holds an Advanced LLM in European and International Human Rights Law from Leiden University, Netherlands where she graduated as Valedictorian in 2024. She also earned a Juris Doctor (2017) and an English Honours degree (2014) from the University of British Columbia. Her LLM thesis examined how the right to a healthy environment can enhance legal protections for climate-forced migrants under international refugee law and complementary protection frameworks. She is a member of the UBC Climate Migration Research Group.
